    I read an article about seashells and strong glass. It explained about how they succeeded in making a new strong glass. Nacre, an iridescent material that lines some seashells, gains strength from its structure. In this research, they used this principle to develop an ultra-strong glass composite material.    The researchers mixed small quantities of hydrocarbon with the acrylic until it interacted with light more like glass does. The result is not only transparent but also 400% stronger and 650% more damage-resistant than the material used in car windshields.　To construct these layers, the researchers simply spun their ingredients in a centrifuge.     These will make it possible to make smartphone screens and windshields that use glass with various treatments almost unbreakable.     I played soccer for about 10 years. I still play soccer with my friends once in a while.     When I was in elementary school, I moved to Singapore and got separated from my teammates, but I joined a new soccer team there. After I moved to Singapore, I was impressed with the food in Singapore and I gained weight. So I swam in the pool and went running to build up my strength.     By the way, most apartments in Singapore are equipped with swimming pools. I loved swimming, so I was very happy when I knew about this.     I returned to Japan when I was in the second grade of junior high school. In junior high school in Japan, I joined the soccer club and was able to play with my teammates again.

   One movie that I really liked was "The Shawshank Redemption". It was made in 1994.There are Tim Robbins, Morgan Freeman and so on. Frank Darabont made it.     In the movie, the main character is Andy. At the beginning of the movie, Andy found that his wife was having an affair and tried to kill them. After that scene, Andy was at the court because of their death. Andy insisted on his innocence, but no one believed that. Therefore he's been sentenced to life imprisonment. Then he met a men named Red. They were getting to know each other. They were somehow enjoying themselves even in the prison. One day, it was discovered that Andy was actually innocent, but this fact was covered up by the warden. He was in despair. Every prisoner is worried that he would kill himself. A few days later, When the morning roll call was held, there was no one in his room. He escaped.    When I was in high school, I was a member of the mountain club. I played soccer for 10 years before high school, but the soccer team in my high school was very strict so I thought that if I join the club, I don't have time to study. That's why I joined the mountain club.     I joined the mountain club without thinking about anything at first, but in retrospect, I think it was the best choice.     Before I joined, I thought we would be only hiking and camping. But in real, it was very hard because when we were climbing mountains, we walked for almost 10 hours a day. But it was not only hard. In the mountains, we enjoyed talking with friends.    Recently, while talking with my great aunt and great uncle, I noticed something. That is, I have experienced a lot of things in the past 19 years. Mainly sports.     Before I started kindergarten, I played soccer with my father. Because of that, I played soccer very hard in kindergarten and was much better than the people around me.     I continued to play soccer in elementary school and junior high school, but I also played softball in elementary school. When I lived in Singapore, there were many people who played softball and I was invited to the softball club. In addition to sports, my mother taught me to play the piano in elementary school, and I still play the piano now occasionally.  In high school I was a member of the mountain club and climbed various mountains. I had never climbed any mountain before that. And then, I became to like climbing mountains because view from mountains is wonderful and feeling while climbing is comfortab...

   Last Thursday, I met my great aunt and great uncle. They came all the way from Osaka. I had an experimental lecture in the morning and met with them in the afternoon.     I hadn't seen them in 15 years and I actually don't remember much about them. But I enjoyed talking with them and showing them around Hiroshima University.    Afterwards, they treated me to dinner at a restaurant around Saijo Station. I was surprised at how gorgeous all the foods were.

     I often listen to classical music. I like Mozart and Beethoven, but I especially like Chopin. I can also play the piano, and I play Chopin a lot.       I like Chopin's pieces which are powerful, fast tempo tunes and very enchanting. Of course there are some mellow pieces and I like those , but I like fast tempo in particular.    My favorite Chopin piece is Revolution. I like it very much because of its intense tone from beginning to end. It is my first Chopin piece I ever played so I have a personal attachment to that song.     It was my mother who got me interested in classical music. My mother play the piano very well and recommend that I play the piano. My mother taught me how to play and I was interested in classical music and piano.

     Those four people clean bird droppings because it causes disease. The number of people who are suffered from its disease is increasing so government told them to clean bird droppings.
